Chartered Certified Accountant Nick Willetts is office manager for Goldwells in Inverness and Nairn.
Nick began his career in 2006 with a local firm in Elgin, spending eight years working on various aspects of accountancy for clients and for the firm itself. He then moved into an industry-based role for a year before realising that practice is where he wanted to be. In 2015, Nick moved from Elgin to Inverness in order to progress his career.
Skilled in accounting, taxation, VAT, credit control and cash flow, Nick joined Goldwells as office manager for the Inverness branch in 2018 and completed his ACCA exams in 2019. He now manages the Inverness and Nairn Goldwells branches looking after clients and staff along with the day to day running of both offices. The team deals with a large range of clients including sole traders, partnerships, Limited Companies and charities across Scotland. The services provided by both offices include provision of accountancy and taxation work, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll services and advisory work. Nick’s specialties include owner-managed Limited Companies, personal tax and tax planning. Nick also finds advisory and tax planning work to be of particular interest due to the uniqueness of each scenario.
Nick likes to be active and loves to play both football and golf. He is also actively involved in his local community and is treasurer for his local village hall.
